We need candidates who can look after our client base and see orders through to completion – fluency in French or German would be beneficial, but not essential. You must have a strong background in customer services or sales admin, preferably from within a print finishing/manufacturing background. We can offer some excellent benefits on top of an impressive salary of £15000-24000, including 26 days holiday, final salary pension, canteen on site and free parking
Job Description
Overall Purpose:
Provide day to day assistance to customers, sales and production.
Principal Accountabilities
Accumulation of information relating to orders
Liaison with customers, verbally, in writing and face to face on a daily basis
Interpretation of information received, before adapting to fit in the internal paperwork
Inspection of art work and proofs
Product specification writing
Liaising with shipping department for early booking of flights/vessels/trucks
Daily Liaison and co-operation with other internal departments
Smooth running of order from enquiry stage to despatch
Attendance at daily planning meeting to keep up to date with daily
production progress, and to relay any issues back to relevant Manager
Press Passes, occasional unsociable hours
Working as a team
Organising of workload
Adhere to Company’s security polices and procedures
Adhere to Company’s health & safety policies and procedures
