Are you a health/social care professional looking for a new and exciting challenge?
We are looking to appoint a new Client Liaison Manager to work with a team of fee earners in the PI section based in Leeds.
The role is varied and exciting. You will be working with clients who have sustained brain/spinal injuries and assisting them and their families with the practical issues which arise as their legal claims progress. Some aspects of the job include facilitating access to ongoing therapy/rehabilitation, monitoring progress, practical support with DWP benefits and liaison with treating teams. You will also be undertaking initial needs assessments.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in working with the client group in either a hospital or community setting. You will be enthusiastic and committed and be able to take a flexible approach to work. The role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to be self motivated and use your own initiative. Good communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate must possess a good range of GCSE’s and A-Levels along with a health or social care related degree/diploma.
Successful candidates will be required to visit clients in their own homes and so a drivers licence and access to own transport is essential.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with clients in a wide range of settings and explore the varied ranges of rehabilitation within and outside of statutory services.
