The Role: Sales Ledger Salary: £14,000 - £17,000
Are you looking for a new Sales Ledger role working for an exciting organisation which is rapidly expanding? Working in brand new offices based near Leeds Bradford Airport, the Sales Ledger will be responsible for providing accounts support and maintaining accurate and timely invoicing of customers. The Role:
A full time permanent position the Sales Ledger will be responsible maintaining accurate and timely invoicing of customers, and effective accounts support to the whole management team and Board of Directors. Duties will include liaising with customers and suppliers, maintaining sales ledger ensuring amendments are made and it is updated for new suppliers, weekly and monthly invoicing, credit control and weekly review of aged debtors to include production of detailed report and updated query log. Additional duties will include ensuring the correct treatment of VAT, typing correspondence, compiling reports and completing analysis, and general administration duties.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger with good IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SQL and Sage). The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You must be a good communicator, professional, reliable and extremely organised.
