You will be taking incoming calls from existing customers and dealing with a variety of enquiries ranging from – providing balances on current accounts to transferring money overseas. You'll be working to high standards already set to make sure we continue to provide a first class service to our customers.
You don’t necessarily need experience, but you will need a genuine interest in supporting and directing customers over the telephone, providing a high level of customer service. This role will have targets for sales leads. Rapport building with the customers is a must, so as you're friendly and have a genuine desire to go that extra mile for customers, it will be second nature for you to do this.

On a Flextra working pattern your hours of work will be between 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Sunday.
A typical shift could be 8.00am to 4.00pm or 12.00pm to 8.00pm. Either way you'll know your shifts about four weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to get that life/work balance we all crave.
