You'll be taking incoming calls from customers who have a savings account, and dealing with typical enquiries that could be anything from transferring funds to current accounts to providing up to date information about there balances and interest rates. You'll be looking out for any opportunities to offer the best accounts for their investments or even look at reviewing accounts they already hold.
Working Pattern & Salary
Working on a flextra, your hours of work will be between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday. You will work an average of 35 hours a week and your schedule will include and average of 6 weekend days out of your 8 week pattern
