Full Description:
We currently have 4 fantastic opportunities with our central Leeds based Client for four Pensions Administrators, two of which will be working within the Money Purchase Team and two within the Pensions Operations Team.
The role will be to provide quality benefit administration to customers in line with the Clients business goals.
The successful candidate will have:-
- A minimum of 18 MONTHS pensions experience ESSENTIAL.
- Experience of manual calculations and final salary calculations.
- A professional approach.
- Clear understanding of what constitutes good customer service.
- Ability to work with others/committed team player.
- Good level of communication skills.
- Able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines.
- High level of work output and accuracy.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for the job.
- Able to work using own initiative.
- Actively seek to develop and extend own pension knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure.
Duties will include:-
- To develop and take ownership of the Trust's vision, Business Plan and values, and to be totally committed to these.
- Answer queries as they arise in line with service standards and agreed service levels and liaising with internal and external customers to ensure quality and reliability of data.
- Answer contribution related queries from members, employers and third parties by telephone and letter. Audit end contribution data in line with agreed timetable and benefit statement timetable.
- Take ownership of delegated tasks within the team.
- Complete benefit calculations.
- Prioritise and manage own workload to ensure that work is completed within agreed service levels.
- To manage and deal with scheme events (Pensions Operations teams only).
- To act as an ambassador of the Trust at all times.
