Main duties:
To provide high quality client services to agreed standards and procedures within allocated time limits and budgets
Support the Employment Services Manager to effectively plan and deliver
Individually tailored employment training programmers to individuals with disabilities.
One-one counseling or supporting group activities
To be responsible for maintaining and updating client records, use of IT systems to maximize efficiency
The ideal candidate:
Will come from a similar background of helping people get back into work
Experience of one to ones’s and group presentations
CV wiring skills
Will hold a full valid driving license
