Our Client based in the Centre of Bradford is seeking to recruit a part time cashier for their prestigious organisation.
Working between various sites you will be responsible for ensuring admission and retail daily income is counted, reconciled, banked and recorded in their accounting system. You will be providing a service to Front of House and retail outlets and will be responsible for various vending machines and donation boxes.
To be able to perform this role you will need to have experience of use of a mainstream accounting package and be able to input data (financial and other) rapidly and accurately. You will have an understanding of cash accounting principles and be able to account for all types of receipts, cash and non-cash. You will be aware of risk and security issues and be able to impart this and other information to members of staff.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to be an effective communicator up to senior level and be able to analyse data and inform the senior management team of findings. So the ability to produce detailed and accurate financial reports and calcultations is essential.
The role covers 15 hours per week over a five day rota Mon-Fri. Hours of work to be discussed in the initial screening interview.
