THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of online support queries. Alongside this, you will also be involved in providing quality assurance for new web site technology and developments. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure that all customer queries are responded to in a timely, efficient and accurate manner;
* Set up and amend trial access to products for potential customers;
* Ensure that customer access to the web sites is set up correctly and efficiently once their subscription details have been processed. Amend online customer access where appropriate;
* Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the operation of electronic products;
* Where necessary, ensure that all enquiries are passed on to the correct department in a timely manner;
* Investigate ways in which the department can improve customer support services by either amending current processes or implementing new ones;
* Help with the standardisation of responses to customer queries to improve departmental efficiency and consistency.
THE PERSON
You will be well educated and have at least 1 years experience in a customer support or customer service role. You will have good organisation and communication skills, be self motivated and have good accuracy and attention to detail abilities. You will have excellent IT skills and an ability to learn new systems quickly along with a familiarity of web technologies.
