We need experienced legal executives for a busy and challenging role at our office in Leeds city centre. We offer a phenomenal benefits package including free healthcare, life cover, contributory pension, season ticket loan, and much more coupled with a salary of around £20000 plus a bonus of around £900 every 3 months
You should have a solid knowledge of the charging order process from start to finish, similarly, knowledge of attachment of earnings orders and third party debt orders.
Ideally, you should also have knowledge of repossessions and experience of doing such.
Competent letter writing to solicitors and courts – and occasional attendance at court – expected as standard.
