DUE TO LOCATION YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR
Our client is looking for customer service agents to join their busy call centre.
Working within a team you will be taking inbound call regarding insurance policies.
Situated in the Customer Service Department, this office is currently open five and a half days a week and the hours of opening are
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm
Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm
A rota system is in force for Saturdays and your head of department will give this to you.
You will work between 37.5 to 42.5 hours a week. You are entitled to an hour for lunch between 12 noon and 2.00pm
Main Responsibilities
Ensure we provide excellent Customer Service to both clients and brokers
Answer inbound calls promptly
Undertake all duties associated with the smooth running of a policy
Action all verbal. Writtedn requests in 24 hours
Resolve general complaints

Good product and regulatory knowledge
Good objection handling and negation skills
Good interpersonal skills
