We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to Directors of a Leeds based firm. Ideally you will have previous experience within Pa duties and office management. Secretarial experience with typing speeds of 60wpm+, with a good standard of IT skills would be an advantageous.
General duties will include -
*Diary Management, travel, hotels, venues and meetings.
*Attending and minuting within meetings.
*Preparing weekly diary sheet.
*Booking travel and accommodation.
*General Office duties.
*Dealing with confidential typing for MD and Personnel Manager.
*Dealing with correspondence.
*Ordering all office stationery including printed stationery.
*Managing contracts for various services within the office.
*Prepare for monthly Executive meetings - typing reports.
*Franking mail.
*Reconciliation of MD's expenses.
*Collecting receipts for company credit card .
*Training.
This is a varied hands on role that requires someone who enjoys a challenge and fast paced atmosphere.
In return you will be working for an established firm that offer a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 4.30.
