Based north of the City Centre, our client is a unique Executive Search Consultancy. They pride themselves on the long standing relationships that they develop with their clients and have a large amount of repeat business. An increase in turnover has resulted in the need to increase the team.
The main purpose of the role;
To provide administrative and secretarial support to a team of consultants including typing letters and CVs, organising interviews, providing maps, directions etc.
To provide support to the company’s Senior Consultant by undertaking research projects
To organise the company’s facilities and liaise with third parties
To act as backup to the front of house
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities;

Experience of working within a small organisation

Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and organise and prioritise workload
