Our client requires Technical Gas Engineers in the Harrogate, York and Leeds area. Duties involve carrying out the annual servicing of customers central heating systems and appliances, plus system maintenance. You will also be controlling and designing system upgrades to improve efficiency and flexibility.
You will be provided with a DVD laptop computer enabling cutting edge fault diagnostics, instant parts ordering, work history and the ability to access a vast technical reference library.
You must have acquired one of the following qualifications in gas maintenance, repair or installation:
City&Guilds 662, 5980 parts 1 &2 or NVQ/SNVQ level 3 6006,6012,6013, 6016 and full ACS accreditation.
You must have the ability to be able to demonstrate a high level, and regular use, of current technical skills in domestic gas appliance servicing and repair as well as some fault finding experience.
You must have excellent customer facing skills and be able to maintain and grow our already extensive customer base.
A full manual drivers license is requires for use within the UK.
