Dynamic, growing, Wakefield based business requires a Trainee Collections Executive to join their highly motivated, well rewarded and successful team. Above average basic salary with high OTE once trained.
The main purpose of the role will be to recover funds for form purchased debt or on behalf of clients and to provide administrative support t the team whilst training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with the management of a caseload of accounts in order to meet and individual targets.
Providing administrative support to colleagues.
Communicating with account holders to arrange repayment of debt/arrears in an assertive professional manner
Monitoring repayment arrangements to ensure repayment promises are being met
SKILLS
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• IT literate.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
EXPERIENCE
• Some previous collections experience is preferred but full training is available to the successful candidates.
Previous office based administrative experience is essential.
