Dynamic, growing, Wakefield based Debt Recover business requires a Paralegal to join their highly motivated, well rewarded and successful Legal team. This company offer above average salaries for the location and opportunity for career progression.
The main purpose of the role is to provide professional, pro active support to Legal Fee earners and Legal executives.
Duties will include:
Regular liaison with clients in order to resolve queries and offer advice
Preparation of all relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Following up on going cases in line with in-house procedures
The successful candidate will be given their own case load to manage as soon as they have shown that they have the skills and initiative to be self managing.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• IT literate.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
Experience:
Previous relevant experience is essential
