Planning, controlling and co-ordinating all sales activities from the Mobile Unit.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
* Plans, directs and controls sales activities to achieve sales growth and meet future sales targets.
* Identifies performance improvement requirements, and agrees objectives with the Team Leader.
* Ensures we provide product offering and availability across product ranges, to meet customer's needs.
* Ensures displays, and promotional activities maximise opportunities for increasing sales volume.
* Assists in identifying opportunities for new products, routes, promotional activities and business improvement.
Controls
* Ensures waste and other costs meet, or are below, agreed levels, whilst not restricting sales growth.
* Cash Management
* Ensures all procedures and policies relating to security are strictly adhered to.
* Ensures all legislative requirements and best practices relating to health and safety, COSHH, food safety and HACCP are implemented.
Personal Attributes and Qualifications
* Good communication skills
* Able to work on own initiative but as part of a team
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Good geographical knowledge of Leeds and surrounding areas
