We are currently recruiting for a large organisation providing assistance to individuals to get back into employment.
Our Clients are seeking self-motivated, trustworthy and determined individuals who have experience in this field and who possess a desire to succeed within a competitive sector. This is an exciting career opportunity and a real chance to ‘make a difference’.
Your role will be as Adviser to individuals who may have been long term unemployed and therefore facing barriers either in training, disability or experience when trying to find their way back into the employment market.
It is essential therefore that you have experience of working within an Advice & Guidance setting, and have the interviewing skills required in order to assess abilities and identify needs. Achievement and success in assisting people of all sectors, back into employment, training or further education would be ideal and candidates who can demonstrate this can expect an immediate interview.
There will be a requirement to produce reports, training schedules and monitor progress and therefore keen IT skills and experience in planning schedules would greatly assist you in being successful in the role. A recognised teaching certificate would also be a distinct advantage.
As you will be travelling to various locations it is essential that you have knowledge of basic health & safety regulations on-and-off site, you will also require a full driving licence and your own vehicle with business insurance - an expenses scheme is in operation.
