    Title: Account Manager / Business Development Executive
    Location: West Yorkshire - Leeds
    Salary: Up to £23,000 OTE £30,000 uncapped commission

    THE COMPANY
    A global organisation based in the heart of West Yorkshire within the thriving City of Leeds. Working from modern offices in a vibrant atmosphere, you will be responsible for the management of Key Clients, maintaining relationships to develop and build business.

    THE ROLE
    • This role will be to maintain and build relationships with your key clients, making regular contact to establish new business and develop opportunities
    • A telephone based role where you will be calling existing clients to extract further information and provide high quality customer service
    • Responsible for making follow up calls to encourage repeat business
    • Ad hoc administrative duties related to the role including minimal data entry and contract maintenance

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Previous experience within a similar role is essential – salaries offered will reflect in the amount of experience applicants possess
    • Experience of building relationships with existing clients and the ability to meet targets set
    • The ability to work with clients on all levels, negotiating contracts to develop new and existing business
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
    • Business acumen skills

    THE PACKAGE
    • Basic salaries up to £23,000
    • OTE up to £30,000
    • Uncapped commission structure
    • Excellent benefits including parking, good transport links and holiday allowance
