Title: Team Secretary / Office CoordinatorSalary: £20,000 - £23,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Secretary / Office Coordinator to join a well established organisation based East of Leeds (LS15). This role provides the opportunity to join a highly motivated team of people, providing an integral support role through secretarial and office coordination duties. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced secretary with experience of office coordination.
The Role:
A full time permanent position you will be undertaking confidential typing for the MD and Personnel Manager, screening calls and dealing with correspondence and the preparation and distribution of papers for Directors' meetings. In addition to this the post holder will be attending and minuting meetings, collecting and preparing statistics for monthly meetings, ordering all office stationery, dealing with the post, managing contracts for various services within the office, and typing MD reports. Other duties will include booking travel and accommodation, arranging for catering, reconciliation of MD's expenses, ensuring supplies of office consumables, diary management and general administration duties.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced secretary, with fast and accurate typing skills (60/70wpm), and experience of office coordination. The ideal candidate will have good MS Office knowledge, an excellent telephone manner and great organisational skills. You will be well presented, have good initiative and will be a proactive individual.
