Role: Customer Account Executive
Location: Wakefield
Salary: To £14,500
Objective of role:
Working as part of the account team, you will be part of the team responsible for processing customer enquiries and quotations, converting client requests into production work instructions through to timely invoicing.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for taking, understanding and processing client requirements. Ensuring all procedures are followed in their entirety
• Effective liaison with production and client services ensuring the efficient processing of all jobs / tasks on time
• Respond to all requests for costs accurately and efficiently
• Provide production with accurate customer requirements, work instructions, amendments and approvals on time
• Update production with any amends to customer requirements immediately
• Responsible for accurately processing invoicing and job costing checks to ensure all invoices to client are correct and on-time
• Responsible for compiling accurate reports/information as and when required
• Support, cover and deputise for other colleagues as required
• Provide helpline cover along with the rest of the team
• Maintain accurate filing and administration systems
• General administration duties
Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in IT applications, in particular Microsoft Office
• Highly effective organisational skills
