Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a team of 4 colleagues, this 11 month fixed term contract (which could lead to a permanent role) requires an individual with previous senior level R & R experience. CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
You will be challenged with developing reward and recognition strategies, principles and policies to effectively support our client's strategic operating plans, support the Head of People Experience in the delivery of the Annual Pay Negotiations and to manage the Pay Review Planning process, determine and establish comprehensive market data portfolio providing a full reward and recognition intelligence service, to provide a range of reward and recognition advice to the business and to manage reward and recognition communications within the business.
Knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential. Immediate availability is pre-requisite.
