This charity based company are currently looking for a strong PA to support the Director. Duties will include organising meetings, diary management, minute taking, ensuring agenda items are included and following up actions, opening post, typing correspondence, filing, dealing with e-mails, maintenance of presentations, spreadsheets and databases, booking meeting rooms, audio typing, devise and maintain office systems and organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint is essential as well as minute taking experience. Access and Publisher knowledge is desireable as well as an understanding of the work of a charity/faith based organisation.
