Our client is based in Leeds. They are one of the leaders in their field and successfully import and distribute products from around the world.
Due to ongoing success they are looking for an additional person in the Quality Assurance team.
Your official title will be ‘New Product Implementation Coordinator’. You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, suppliers and the technical laboratory in order to coordinate the process involved in introducing a new product.
This is an office based role that requires exceptional organisational skills, diplomacy and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Main Responsibilities
To assist with measurement and inspection of samples.
To assist with preparation of reports.
Monitor progress of new products through implementation process.
Essential Skills/Experience
Good colour vision
Good organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to communicate across different levels of management,
Good working knowledge and experience of MS Office
Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills.
Desirable Key Skills/Experience
Experience within or knowledge of a technical environment.
Experience of measuring and data recording
Experience of report writing.

Mon – Fri 09.00 -17.30
Lunch 13.00 – 14.00 (this is the only period smoking is allowed, outside premises).
