    Problem Solving Administrator

    £17000

    Our Client is an international manufacturer selling electronic components to the business world. They currently seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual who can take client production requests and turn them in to written quotes for the required product. This will be achieved through the liaison with all internal departments. To succeed in your application you must be able to demonstrate the ability to take detailed information on the phone using in depth questioning techniques, this will be coupled with ability to impart the information clearly to internal departments enabling them to produce the required information. Your skills may have been developed in a manufacturing environment as a Sales Administrator, Customer Advisor or Sales support advisor. There are no sales involved in this role but the ability to take the convert the quotation to a production requirement is necessary.
