Team Leader - Harrogate
Salary £18,751 - £20,002 per annum plus branch bonus scheme (maximum of 25% OTE).
35 hours per week working between 9.00am Monday to 12.00pm/1.00pm on Saturday. You will be required to work 39 Saturdays per calendar year.
As a Team Leader you will assist the manager to lead, develop and manage a team in the delivery of branch income objectives in line with Society Sales Policy and Retail Standards. You will take responsibility for the branch in the managers absence, motivate your team to achieve individual and team targets and carry our mortgage and insurance meetings as and when required.
If you:
Have full CeMAP or equivalent, held/attained within the time scales of the Mortgage Authorisation Policy
Have a proven track record in a sales environment
Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
Have full working knowledge of mortgage and insurance products
Have excellent attention to detail
