To efficiently and effectively handle client related fee earning tasks within the claims RTA industry. To work alongside and provide support and assistance to other fee earners in the team handling client work, in accordance with client protocols, the Solicitors Regulatory Authority regulations, court rules and the Firm’s procedures.
To undertake client related fee earning work and produce effective resolution on files.
Adherence to Best Practice Guidelines, and Firm’s policies and procedures.
To ensure that all client work is progressed pro-actively and expeditiously.
At all times to exercise high standards of client care.
To ensure a good working relationship with external institutions and organisations.
Efficient handling of client work to maximise benefits to the business.
Keeping abreast of legal developments and with all internal/external training hours as necessary.
Assisting in development of the Firm’s profile.
Maintain MI reporting internally/externally as required.
Produce effective resolution on files.
To ensure case files are reviewed and queries are dealt with efficiently in conjunction with SLA agreement if appropriate.
QED audit undertaken on mentees (two per month and six per quarter to include two closures).
