| An incredible opportunity has arisen to work for a leading financial based organisation based in Leeds City Centre. Do you have customer service experience? Are you looking for a role where your efforts are rewarded?! This Account Executive role could be the role for you! JOB TITLE: Account Executive THE ROLE: Our client is currently seeking someone to join the Account Management Team to assist in the client management and development of the SME account base. The role predominately focuses on client retention and the factors which arise therefrom such as queries, troubleshooting, provision of information, billing, product advice and dispute resolution. The role also involves revenue development either by increased volume guarantees or through the sale of additional products to the current client base. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES: · Creating of contracts for the team · Monitoring of the generic e-mail account and circulation of incoming correspondence, enquiries and queries. · Problem solving for the re-active client base · Dealing with invoices and credit notes · Audit extracts · Terminations · Updating of the database · Holiday and sickness cover for other Account Managers · Assistance in the management of the Account Management Helpline WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The right candidate for the role with possess the following qualities and attributes: · Customer service experience is ESSENTIAL · Account management experience desirable but not essential · Eagerness to provide positive customer service · Attention to detail · Wllingness to learn · Approachable OUR CLIENT: A financial organisation based within superb centrally located offices. A great team environment to work within with ongoing incentives in vibrant surroundings. LOCATION: Centrally located within Leeds city centre, fifteen minutes walk from the train station. SALARY: Basic salary is £14,000 + commission and end of year bonus. As the position is fairly new, the OTE is unknown at this stage but promises to be significant!
