Title: Manual Lathe Turner Location: Rotherham Salary: £12 p/hr dependant upon experience Benefits: Generous overtime, Shift allowance and Sick pay. THE COMPANY Prestigious special steel manufacturer, with a world renowned reputation for excellence. In the last year alone they have seen a 50% increase in turnover, with major investments in state of the art machinery they are set to grow even more. With a back log of £4m they require experienced Manual Lathe Turners to become part of the future growth of the company. THE ROLE The role requires experience within a similar role. To achieve a high quality when working to close tolerances. A good engineering back ground with good sound knowledge of manufacturing methods. To think on their feet and solve any minor problems on the machine. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience of working on very large castings. Working on parts up to 30ft long would be an advantage. Proven apprenticeship and or ONC HNC qualification.
