Position: ENGINEERING MANAGER
Location: LEEDS/WAKEFIELD
Salary: £40-50k +package
My client who is already a market leader within the design and manufacture of specialist processing stations having been recently bought out by a billion pound organisation. With further investment and introductions to new markets they currently looking for an ENGINEERING MANAGER or TECHNICAL MANAGER.
Managing multi-discipline engineering resources
The Technical manager will be responsible for :
· Ensuring all the design changes are configured and designers risk assessments reviewed Monitor and report Quality of engineering across all disciplines and ensure compliance with the Project Book and Project Process
· Ensuring all procedural regulations are adhered to in the engineering designs
· Ensure the use of all necessary project standards and statutory standards.
· Ensure timely documentation for all necessary approvals
· Ensure adequate Resource Provision within the projects and team.
The role of the Technical manager will oversea the engineering design department primarily, whilst also inputting within the installation, and commissioning.
The role of the Engineering Manager will be a senior placement within the company with further progression outlined on performance.
Experience:
Ideally candidates will have experience of managing engineering design teams with reports into from projects, sales and production.
Industry knowledge within Clear Air processing stations, isolation systems would be a distinct advantage, but any Mechanical and Electrical design manager i would be interested in speaking with.
