Fantastic opportunity to work for our client, a large retailer in Bradford. The role is telephony based and we have a number of part time opportunities available covering various shifts on evenings and weekends. (min 20 hour max 30 hours)
As a member of a specialist team you will handle a range of inbound calls from customers enquiring about a range of Financial Services Products eg. extra warranties and furniture protection. It will be your job to ask the right questions and listen carefully to identify the customer's needs before recommending the most appropriate product, every time. Training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for every caller.
If you have the ability to establish a real connection with your customer, to understand their needs and concerns and to utilise your full product knowledge to help them make the right decisions the this is a role for you. You will need to be a person of integrity, only recommending solutions that are relevant to the customers needs or wishes. You need to be able to spot opportunities to go beyond the initial request and recommend solutions that exceed expectations. If you have a professional, friendly and positive approach you will be able to achieve business targets, both as an individual and as a valued, supportive member of the team.
We are looking for people who have an enthusiastic manner and who are people-friendly and want to go that extra mile for the customer. Good keyboard skills and attention to detail are essential as you will need to be able to accurately input information.
