Sales and Service Advisor - HALIFAX £15K Basic + Bonus
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Working within a team you will contact third party claimants by telephone.
You will determine their requirements to settle their claim, and do all that is necessary to encourage them to accept our services.
Critical Factors For Success
You must demonstrate your ability to proactively challenge opportunities to ensure successful contact with the customer
Build excellent rapport with customers whilst working to sales targets in a frontline role
Identify opportunities to maximise sales and preserve the Company’s high standards of customer satisfaction
Maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment

Essential
Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English
Desirable
A’ levels or equivalent in a business related subject
Experience:
Essential
Previous sales experience within a target led environment
Desirable
Sales experience within a financial services operation
