Basic salary £14,000 + commission + year end bonus
Our client is a major blue chip company within the Financial Services industry. They are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and are increasing in turnover and size at a rapid rate.
They are currently seeking someone to support the Direct Sales Account Management team and assist in the client management & development of the SME account base.
The role primarily focuses on client retention and the factors which arise there from, e.g. queries, troubleshooting, provision of information, billing, product advice and dispute resolution. Secondly, on revenue development either by increased volume guarantees or the sale of additional products to the current client base.
Duties will include:
Creating contracts for the Sales team
Monitoring of account management generic e-mail account and circulation of incoming correspondence, enquiries & queries
Problem solving for the re-active client base
Back up for Account management set up process
Invoices and Credit notes
Audit extracts
Monitoring of usage
Updating of database
Back up for the sending of training e-mails.
Holiday & sickness cover for other account managers
Assistance in the management of the account management helpline
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and an eagerness to provide a positive customer experience.
Previous Account Management experience is not essential
