HR Administrator urgently required for a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for our Leeds based client, a charitable organisation.
This is an exciting role for candidates who have previous experience of working within a human resources environment.
The role:-
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR Advisors and Recruitment Officer. Role to include:
Posting of all job vacancies.
Organising interviews times and informing interview panel of interview schedule.
Processing details of successful candidates.
Processing of CRB applications.
Updating employment monitoring records.
Collating and sending starter packs.
Maintaining up to date employment records.
Assisting in the production of various reports for various purposes.
Drafting of contracts of employment.
Calculating of annual leave.
The person:-
Suitable candidates will have previous HR experience and be able to work within a small team. This role is to cover maternity leave and will require the successful candidate to start work at short notice.
