You will be dealing with breakdowns/garage queries, truck drivers, UK based, co owners, MD’s and managers over the phone so need to be able to communicate at all levels. You will need to have good excel and word skills, along with great customer service experience.
Must be flexible in terms of working hours, as you could be working mornings, days, afternoons, and nights.
Languages are always an asset but not necessary, the candidate must be customer focused, keyboard literate, be able to listen and be a team player, also needs to be flexible, good time keeper and have their own transport, this last requirement is essential due to the fact that the client works shifts and public transport is difficult.
The position is temporary, however could be anything up to 6 months.
