Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to establish a point of contact with prospective clients.
You may be from a customer service background, a door-to-door sales background or you may already be in a telesales role. Whatever work experience you have, if you have the determination and drive to succeed, then this role is for you.
Working under the job title of 'New Business Sales Advisor' the main duties will include:
Contacting Companies via the telephone to establish the correct contact name - often being either the M.D., F.D., or Transport Manager with the aim of making sales. Company leads are provided in the form of Business Directories via web-based suppliers, C.D. Roms etc, although some lead generation will be required.
Sending of Mailshots/Faxshots & following up this information via the telephone to generate interest and to close sales.
The opportunity to visit clients and build rapport
Visits to suppliers to keep up to date with products and services offered
Processing of new customer applications, and associated administration.
Working to Individual & Group Activity/Sales Targets.
Preparing monthly and quarterly analysis reports and marketing plans. Presenting findings and progress reports to Managers and Directors.
This is a sales role offering a long term career with ongoing development and progression opportunities available.
Hours of work 8.45 a.m. - 5.15 p.m. (one hour for lunch). 20 Days holiday with an additional day for each completed full year's service up to a maximum of 25 days plus 8 Statutory/Public holidays.
Basic Salary £15,000 - £17,000 per annum + commission. Expected 1st Year OTE £5000 per annum with no cap.
