Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Leeds
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 (depending on experience)
The Company
Our client, one of the most successful education recruitment businesses in the UK is looking to recruit a trainee recruitment consultant.
The Role
You will be responsible for expanding our the business within a geographical territory, interviewing and placing education staff on day to day and longer term assignments. The role involves first class customer service to customer institutions and candidates as well as pro-active sales activity. You need to be tenacious and a great relationship builder. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working to targets and KPIs and you will be judged and rewarded according to your results and successes. You will be given the tools to be successful and in essence you will be running your own small business.
Pre-requisites
Are you a recent graduate seeking a career in Recruitment or do you have proven Sales/Recruitment ability and are seeking a fresh challenge. You must be target driven, tenacious with a strong desire to succeed.
