Are you money motivated? Do you exceed sales targets? Are you seeking a new role where you will be rewarded for your hard work? An exciting new telesales role has become available working for one of the UK’s leading engineering suppliers. You will be working in a small team of telesales operatives, predominately liaising with repeat customers and working off a database to make a high volume of outbound calls. You will be working towards realistic targets, both individual and team, to boost company revenue and maximise on any sales opportunity. Ideally, you will have outbound sales experience and have a solid work history in a contact centre environment.
Skills required are:
· Proven sales experience in a call centre
· Confident in overcoming objections
· Able to work on own initiative
· Driven by targets and achieving the best possible results
· Solid working history
· Ability to work under pressure
· Approachable and friendly with an enthusiastic attitude
