Collections Consultant - SKIPTON - up to £16000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this established financial service provider's busy call centre operation for experienced credit management professionals.
With a background in a customer service, you will have outstanding communication skills, excellent rapport and relationship building skills and abilities, and a genuine desire to excel within a busy, competitive and rewarding environment.
You shall be responsible for providing a first point of contact credit management facility, negotiating with clients and ensuring that all targets, key performance indictator’s and objectives are met and exceeded.
