This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Manager to join an expanding company based in Batley. Working with the senior management team you will be responsible for leading a team of sales administrators and being an instrumental part of growing the business.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a team of sales administrators
Developing a strong technical understanding of their products
Work closely with the marketing manager and sales director as well as the management team
Report on various KPI's
Implement new systems
Recruit, train and develop staff including appraisals
Provide an excellent customer service
Maintain the database
Price management
