IT First Line Support – Temporary to Permanent
Due to ongoing success my Dewsbury based client requires a dynamic support administrator to join their fast paced IT department.
Initially this role will be non-technical, however with vocational training there is scope for the right candidate to progress to a technical role.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, be organised and methodical in your way of working and be able to prioritise your work load depending on business demands. You will be the first point of contact for assessing support requirements and to provide progress reports.
Ideally you will have first line IT support experience.
This role is for someone wishing to pursue a career within IT within a highly successful manufacturing organisation.
£7.50 per hour
