Fee Earners are required to work in the Litigation team of this prestigious Law Firm.
The role will encompass liasing with clients, third parties, courts, insurers and other solicitors, proactively pursue settlement of clients claims, provide advice as to liability quantum and prospects of success, as well as drafting court proceedings and documents.
In order to be considered for this role, you must possess an excellent knowledge of law, pursuing RTA Personal Injury claims on behalf of claimants, whilst also having excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent IT skills.
