Our client is one of the most respected independent underwriting agencies in the UK. Due to the continued growth of the company they are actively seeking a Commercial Underwriter who has both Property and Liability experience. The role will involve Underwriting Property and Package business for SME risks, liaising with other departments and brokers, calculating renewal premiums and it may also involve dealing with quotes .You will need to possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to deal with people at all levels. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to expand their Insurance knowledge and skills. You will ideally be ACII qualified, but it's not essential. Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
