Due to expansion we have a new role for a senior claims technician within the technical claims department.
As you will be the referral point within the department your role will be to liaise with head office claims on complex cases, implement training, coaching & mentoring of staff, provide technical input & sign-off for referred complaints whilst developing good working relationships with the team leaders, agents & operations colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess the full ACII qualifications & possess a strong technical claims background.
