Summary of Main Responsibilities:
Dealing with a substantial volume of Individual Voluntary Arrangement and Bankruptcy cases including reviewing and allocating post, data processing, research and communicating with Insolvency Practitioners and occasionally members of the public.
Specific Duties:
To undertake accurately the day to day processing of various items of information and incoming post within the team.
To process and complete assigned tasks within performance guidelines as required by line management.
To identify aspects of information received in line with clients requirements and input this accurately into the insolvency system.
Other General Duties
Processing of data from various sources, creation and updating of records in the collection system.
Assistance in the development of new data entry processing methods.
Collation of data on behalf of internal or external clients, and agencies.
Assistance in the creation and maintenance of workflows within the collections systems.
Completion of business critical tasks as required by management.

Education and Skills Required
Educated to at least GCSE/A-Level standard
Skills and knowledge requirements
Must be numerate and show an ability to handle large volumes of work in an organised
and effective manner.
Good communication skills a prerequisite and must have accuracy and good key board skills.

You will have at least 12 months experience working in administrative roles
