Kanoo, a diversified business conglomerate with business activities across the world's most dynamic industries including, Travel, Holidays, Shipping, Machinery, Oil & Gas, are looking for a Travel Consultant to join their successful team.
You will sell and promote travel and ancillary products to the Company's standards, using your own knowledge and experience. You will deal with booking worldwide reservations for customers over the phone, and liaise with a mixture of business and leisure travellers. You will use a Reservations CRS system to support your role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated Travel Consultant, with a proven sales track record, to further develop their skills in a fast paced, fun and friendly retail business.
Candidates must be team players, flexible and committed. You must be willing to provide a high level of customer service and be able to demonstrate experience of travel reservations, of tailor-made reservations, and of independent travel. You will have an excellent telephone manner, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, 5 out of 7 days, 37.5 hours p/w
Location: York City Centre
Salary: £12,000 - £14,000 p/a
