Knowledge/Skills & Experience
·Experience of working with customers in a sales environment. (minimum of 12 months)
·Experience of working in a targeted environment. (minimum of 1 year)
·Have the ability to listen well and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
·Display good keyboard skills.
·Display high level of energy, enthusiasm, motivation and drive to be successful in a sales environment at all times.
·Clear ability to ensure details provided by the customer are updated accurately on the systems.
·A good team player, receptive to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
·Being tenacious about making every customer contact count
Desirable
·Previous experience of working in a contact centre environment. (minimum of 1 year)
·Worked in an insurance background.
·Experience of using different sales techniques tailored to individual customers.
