Very varied collection role with involvement in litigation
Excellent salaries available - starting on £15000, salary is raised to £16000 after 6 months and raised again to £17000 after a year. Bonuses range from £100-600 per month
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the collection of pre-legal and / or legal debt via the telephone and letter.
Ensure all communications are in line with company policies, standards and procedures.
Manage client and debtor relations as appropriate.
Manage accounts to negotiate the best possible payments from debtors and/or their representatives.
Maintain accurate records for each account of all correspondence and conversations.
Ad hoc requirements as requested by Supervisor.
