We need very bright and well spoken collections advisors with an excellent command of English for a varied collections role at our friendly offices in Cleckheaton.
We offer superb benefits, excellent opportunities to progress and some very pleasant working hours: 8:45-17:00 for 3 days, 8:45-17:30 for one day, one late shift 13:00-20:00 and 1 sat in 3 9:00-13:00 Excellent salaries are also available - starting on £15000, salary is raised to £16000 after 6 months and raised again to £17000 after a year. Bonuses range from £100-600+ per month
Responsibilities: Responsible for the collection of pre-legal and / or legal debt via the telephone and letter. Ensure all communications are in line with company policies, standards and procedures. Manage client and debtor relations as appropriate. Manage accounts to negotiate the best possible payments from debtors and/or their representatives. Maintain accurate records for each account of all correspondence and conversations. Ad hoc requirements as requested by Supervisor.
