Our Client a recognised and well-respected provider of bespoke fleet management services is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their account management team.
Account Executive
• Reports to - Team Manager
Key aspects of role
• Manage client portfolio within team
• Provide support to other team members with heavy workloads
• Provide customer interface delivering prompt, high quality and accurate response to all queries
• Deliver high quality written work, reporting and customer management information
Required skill set and development objectives
• Development of basic skills required to confidently handle any day to day enquiries.
• Gain knowledge of the business and understand the company objectives and business plan
• Understand and perform in accordance with all team and company objectives and bonus targets
• Develop knowledge of the wider the leasing industry, changes in legislation, environmental issues, health and safety, corporate governance
• Understand and have a sound working knowledge of all relevant products and IT systems
• Develop and create relationships with key contacts and build up rapport with drivers
• Respond to requests and queries promptly and accurately
• Interact with colleagues and manager and help more senior colleagues with heavier workloads
• Develop softer skills and instil outward confidence when interacting with colleagues and clients
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day administration with excellent attention to detail
